When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, company name (optional), approximate device count (optional), and whatever message you write. This form is processed using Netlify Forms.
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry — to follow up about a potential Microsoft Intune consulting engagement. It is not used for marketing lists, newsletters, or any purpose beyond replying to you, unless you separately opt in to something in the future.
We don't sell, rent, or share the information you submit with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We don't use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels on this site.
Contact form submissions are handled by Netlify's form-processing infrastructure and by Microsoft 365 for email delivery. Both are standard infrastructure providers, not marketing partners, and neither has access to your information beyond what's needed to deliver the form submission to us.
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to support that engagement. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us.
